Dark Matches

Don Rudy def. Chad Hotti -
Rudy picked up the win with a Death Valley Driver.

Sean Broman def. Hans by tapout - Sean made Hans tapout to a scissored sleeper hold for the win.

Dylan Royal def. Jamal Darnell - Before the match began, Dylan got on the mic and expressed his frustration at being on a dark match while King Bryan is on the main card "in a contest where two tossers kick themselves in the marbles." Dylan then went into a rant referring to the difference between a "wrestler" and an "entertainer", no doubt in reference to WWE's change in performer terminology. "I am a wrestler, not an entertainer," he proclaimed, "an entertainer is one who performs at birthday parties." Certainly Royal has some major issues with King Bryan that hopefully will get resolved in the ring. Getting to the match finally, Royal scored the win on Jamal with the Straight Jacket Brainbuster.

Diamond Dave def. El Macho Lobsto to retain the EFW LH Title - This was not considered a fan favorite match due to the excessive outside interference of Dave's associate Dick Handsome. Lobsto tried the best he could but ultimately fell victim to the Cubic Zirconia Cutter and the pinfall.

Warrant def. Danny Young and GarrettSYCO in a 3-way match to retain the EFW Hardcore Title - Warrant served as a much larger opponent for Danny Young and Garrett, both LH wrestlers. Danny and Garrett have had their differences in the past, but early on sought to topple the champion with a number of double team attacks. Towards the end of the match Danny Young smacked both Garrett and Warrant with the ring bell and laid out both combatants. Instead of going for the quick pinfall, Danny went up top and missed Garrett with a huge elbow drop. Warrant made the cover on Danny to retain in a major error on Danny's part.

Ocho Gato/The Puma/Carlos Anderson def. The Rockstar Mafia (Mike Envy/Steve Cabana/Justin Springer) in a 6-man hardcore match when Ocho Gato made Mike Envy tapout- Anderson and The Puma are still fighting off the EFW Tag Team Champions and planned to help their tag partner Ocho Gato in extracting some revenge from Supercard, as it was Envy and Cabana who put Pink Elephant on the shelf with an injury. The match quickly turned into a brawl involving a great many weapons and outside fighting. Ocho Gato locked in a Mexican Surfboard on Envy in the win for the tapout victory.

EFW HOUSE SHOW #3 RESULTS

Full Text Results:

Kenzan Kotasu def. Aura by submission -
Kenzan Kotasu from Japan made her EFW debut in a match against EFW female favorite Aura. The match started with both wrestlers trading holds, but Aura found herself on the outside after Kenzan clotheslined her from the apron in an attempt to go up top. Kenzan then worked over Aura with a straight jacket arm submission to wear down her opponent. A pinfall after some more offense netted only a 2 count. Kenzan locked in a sleeper only to have Aura right out and mount a comeback. Aura sent Kenzan to the outside and nailed a PERFECT Asai Moonsault to the outside. Aura went for the Lungblower but Kenzan countered out and sent her down with a dragon screw followed by a single leg crab. The finish came when Kenzan locked in a rear naked choke leading to the tapout victory.

Danny Young def. Jamal Darnell - Danny made his EFW return after neck surgery that kept him out for a total of 7 months. His opponent Jamal Darnell hasn't been in the limelight as of late but wanted to spoil his return in a bad way. Danny opened the contest with a slingshot vertical suplex followed with an elbow drop. Jamal came back quickly with a corner clothesline and a top rope elbow drop to a standing Danny Young. Jamal covered and only got a 2 count. The match went on to be a back and forth affair, but in the end Danny Young took out Jamal with the Extreme Stunner and the 3 count for the win.

Warrant def. Homeless Hank and El Macho Lobsto in a 3-way Hardcore Match to become the new EFW Hardcore Champion - Homeless Hank came into this match after a successful win back in July, and both Warrant and Hank would focus solely on their smaller third competitor El Macho Lobsto. Lobsto started with a small package on Warrant for a quick 2 count. In comparison to the more wrestling-oriented matches earlier, this one quickly escalated into a brawl. Hank introduced the first chairshot of the night to Warrant and then locked Lobsto in a dragon sleeper, which was quickly broken up by a Warrant chairshot. The match continued with Hank delivering a low blow to Warrant and Lobsto hitting a chairshot on Hank, followed by Lobsto taunting Warrant. The action spilled outside with various objects coming into play including the steps. Hank connected on the Stink Bomb to Lobsto on the outside but then focused his attacks on the third man Warrant. The finish came inside the ring when Lobsto was taken out with a jab by Hank and Warrant went after Hank with a barb wire 2x4. He locked in a leglock neck submission for the tapout victory. This is Warrant's first EFW title and will defend it at the next EFW show.

Dylan Royal def. King Bryan by Countout - Put on paper as the match between "Royal vs. Royalty", Dylan Royal came out with a flurry of offense using his quickness and technical ability over his larger opponent. Bryan blocked a neck breaker and followed with a kick to the back of the knee and gave him the finger. Bryan kept the onslaught of cheap shots going leading to a Kick to the Curb, but didn't opt for the pinfall. Royal surprised Bryan snapping off a quick hurricanrana for a close 2 count. After a stomach punch Bryan reached down and hit the Loaded Punch, but once again took the opportunity to insult the ref instead of going for the pin. Bryan went to the outside and tripped the legs of Royal in the ring and laughed. While distracted, Royal went up top and hit a massive dive to the outside on Bryan. Bryan continued the match still unable to get a pinfall on Royal. Back in the ring, Bryan went up top for a splash but fell well short of Royal who was on the ground in the middle of the ring. Royal sent Bryan to the outside and mounted a quick offense. With the referee's count at 5, Bryan walked out of the match and awarded the win to Dylan Royal by countout.

Rockstar Mafia (Mike Envy/Steve Cabana) def. Ocho Gato/Sean Broman - Envy and Cabana have won the last 4 tag team matches while Gato and Broman were involved in a losing effort at Supercard, joining forces for this matchup. The Rockstar Mafia took to the offensive first isolating their opponents including a brainbuster from Mike Envy to Sean Broman. Envy countered an Ocho Gato hurricanrana into a powerbomb and locked in a single leg crab. Envy and Cabana dominated the matchup complete with a Cabana Bomb on Broman and a Vanity Killer on Ocho Gato, but both were able to kick out respectively. Ocho later rolled up Cabana for a 2 count as Broman and Gato attempted to pick up some offense. This was best achieved when Ocho distracted Cabana on the outside and Broman nailed a suicide plancha to Cabana on the outside. Back in the ring Envy recovered and hit Broman with a blockbuster from the top rope. Gato was caught and fell into the Rockstar World Tour (Cabana Bomb to Vanity Killer) but somehow Gato kicked out at 2. Broman hit a huge clothesline on Envy and spiked Cabana with a DDT that busted him open. Envy caught Broman with a midsection headbutt and landed an Inverted Vanity Killer for the pinfall and win.

Casey Chase def. Don Rudy - Casey sought to "burn his past" and started with his former tag team partner Don Rudy. Casey started the match with an enziguri and quickly sent Rudy to the outside. Rudy fired back in the ring with a series of knee drops and an arm drag, later followed by a belly to back suplex that rattled the EFW World Champion. Casey went up top with a springboard axehandle and continued his offense from there focusing on the arm of Don Rudy. Casey hit a top rope neckbreaker but only got a 2 count for his efforts. Casey connected with a running DDT and the ensuing leg drop, but the referee was knocked out after being too close on the leg drop. Casey used this chance to hit Rudy with a chair on the outside and hit a DDT onto the chair with the referee out. Rudy's face was a bloody mess after being repeatedly smashed into the ring post by Casey. Casey put Rudy in a sleeper but he was able to get out of it. Rudy hit a pumphandle slam but the offense didn't last long as Casey went after Rudy with the running DDT/leg drop combo. Casey slid to the outside and Rudy jumped after him with a suicide plancha. Casey showed his own aerial offense outside later sending Rudy down with a rope flip dive. The finish came when Casey hit the running DDT/leg drop combo followed by the Case Cutter for the victory.

Carlos Anderson def. Justin Springer to retain the EFW North American Title - Fully match highlights can be found in the video above. Despite interference from Rockstar Mafia's Megan Larae and assistance from The Puma, Anderson retained after sending Springer into the ring steps with a t-bone suplex.
